CGA Newfoundland and Labrador’s refund policy is as follows:

1. If the application is rejected - full refund. 
2. Course fee refunds are provided if written notice of withdrawal is received by the dates as follows:
   
   
   • The course fee (less $65) is refunded provided all course materials are returned unmarked and in reusable condition by: 
     
     Fall Session August 26, 2011
     Winter Session November 25, 2011
     Spring Session March 2, 2012
     Summer Session May 25, 2012 
     
     
3. The Basic Tuition Fee, Entrance Fee, Transfer Credit Fees, Supplemental Fees, Deferral Fees, Adminisrative Fees and software licenses are non-refundable. 

As no departure from this policy is permitted, students should assess their situation carefully before enrolling.
